What to Expect During 30/60/90K Car Maintenance

When you take your car for factory scheduled maintenance, the technician will perform several check-ups on various components, depending on the specific mileage attained. Generally, the maintenance and inspection routine during the check-up involves changes in filter systems, car fluid inspections, and an in-depth visual inspection to ensure nothing is out of the ordinary.

While most modern vehicles will have received most of the required scheduled maintenance by the time they hit 90,000 miles, other vehicle parts may not need any scheduled maintenance until the car reaches a 120,000+ mileage. Examples of these parts include the Timing Belt. Once all the components at each mileage interval have been inspected and service, you'll revert to a maintenance routine similar to the 30/60/90K timetable.
